Dare Akinyemi

Team Lead

Dare popularly known as Dare Akinyemi is a Nigerian gospel music artist, a songwriter and a music director who is also an instrumentalist.

Dare started out as a member of the children choir and developed interest drums at 8 and quickly rose through the ranks to become the best drummer for the adult choir at age 10. His passion for music led him to excel in the art of drumming as he became acknowledged by well-known groups like the Holy Ghost singers, Perfected Praise group and many more where he heartily served the Lord as an instrumentalist.

In no soonest time, Dare answered the call of God upon his life into the music ministry as a singer. His desire to become a workman thoroughly furnished unto all good works led him to attend the Peter King’s Music College, one of the prestigious music schools in Nigeria.

His song “Only Jesus” released in 2018 is testament to his strong and unshakeable trust in the one who has called him to serve. His commitment to God, consistency and passion for music has earned him several recognitions from far and wide. He was appointed the Music Director, PSF minstrels between the year 2010 to 2017 and from 2017 till date, he has been working as the Music Director of Marathon Messiah’s Praise, a non-governmental organization with the mission to usher people all over the world into a new dispensation of worship of God.

Recently, to the glory of God, he became the Team Lead, New Generation Worshippers, an upcoming gospel music group created by the Marathon Messiah’s Praise for the sole purpose of evangelism through music.

His heartfelt cry, as evident in all of his songs, is to forever remain a minister of God to His people, a channel drawing the heart of men to God and an instrument of blessing to all who hear him.

He is married to one wife and blessed with two children.

Durosaye Sunday Peters

Sunday Peters is a NEW GEN. He is a Singer, Songwriter, Worship Leader, Music Director, and a Deacon in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
He started his music career in Ekiti State University, Ekiti in 2009. He first came into mainstream media with the release of “One Nigeria” – a song which egged on Nigerians to peacefully carry out their civic duties during the 2015 elections, and also emphasized the status of oneness and unity all Nigerians share.
Furthermore, he released another single titled "Hail Jehovah". Hail Jehovah according to Peters was inspired by his thoughts on God’s faithfulness and love.

In addition, Sunday released another song titled "Psalm 23". He is not resting on his laurels as he is set to return to the studios to commence work on his Extended play Album.
Sunday Peters has ministered on different platforms including RCCG National Programs at the Redemption Camp, Harvesters International Christian Center, just to mention a few.
He has worked with Gospel ministers like Nathaniel Bassey, Victoria Orenze , and Frank Edwards.
He currently serves as the Music Director/ Head of Department of the Pastor's Seed Family Minstrels of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Nationwide. He also serves as a worship/Praise Leader at RCCG Victory Chapel (My Father’s House), Magodo, Lagos.
He is married to Adesola who is also committed to the work of the Father through Music

Femi Okunuga

Team Lead

Femi Okunuga is a Gospel recording and performing artiste signed to One Hallelujah Records. He can be described as one with the Gift of God, a worship minister per excellence known for his strong desire to deliver the message of reconciliation to Christ through Music.
Femi is the convener of The Reconciliation Worship Concert, aimed at leading people to Christ while admonishing the saved to have a closer relationship with God.

In 2012, he released his debut single, ‘OPEN UP THE HEAVENS’ which doubles as the title of his album, “Open the Heavens”. He dropped his second single, ‘EMI ORUN’ in 2013 and went on to release the popularly acclaimed worship song ‘ONLY YOU’ in 2015. He started the year 2018 big by dropping another single on the 8th of January, ‘I DEPEND ON YOU’. He launched his latest album which is titled, “UNDEFEADTED GOD” on the 28th of April, 2019. The album features 12 powerful tracks which have so far blessed and is still blessing many lives.

Femi, who runs a music production studio – Finji Entertainment Studio, is a graduate of Accounting from the quintessential Lagos State University and holds a Grade 5 Theory Certificate from the Music Society of Nigeria (MUSON) and Associate Royal School of Music (ABRSM), London.

He’s had the privilege of working with plethora of Gospel Ministers such as Nathaniel Bassey, Bukola Bekes, Efe Nathan, Odunayo Aboderin, Funke Akinokun among a host of others.

Notably, he is a member of the RCCG National Praise Team while currently serving as a worship leader in his local church, RCCG, Dominion Cathedral, Egbeda, Lagos. Femi Okunuga is happily married to a great worshipper, Ruth Okunuga and they are proud parents of three kids

Odunayo Aboderin

Team Lead

Odunayo Aboderin is a Multi-instrumentalist, Singer, Songwriter, Worship Leader, Producer, Music and Vocal Director with New Gen.
He started his music career in Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in 2008, with a first single titled “Ife”. Since then he has released songs and Music videos that has been a huge blessing to the body of Christ. The most recent is the Redemption Song "ORE OFE SA”!, Prior to that, he released the soul lifting Song of Worship “Elewi Elese” which has become a household song since its release and a Dance song “Mourning to Dancing”.
He is known for his multi-octave voice, a heart for God, and has ministered on different platforms including RCCG Redemption Camp, Covenant Christian Center, KICC, Elevation Church, Harvesters International Christian Center, among others.

He has worked with Gospel ministers like Kim Burrell, Efe Nathan, Eben, Soji Israel, and among others.
He has two albums to his credit, titled “SO GLAD” and “DEVOTION.
He currently serves as the Music Director/Worship Leader at The Redeemed Christian Church of God (The Lord’s Chapel), Gbagada, and Lagos.
He is happily married and blessed with children.

Olawale Ayeni

Team Lead

Olawale Ayeni is a worship leader, song-writer and minister of the gospel. Born and raised in Nigeria, he accepted Jesus and had a divine encounter with the Holy Spirit at the age of nine. The Lord revealed His purpose to him at a tender age and he began to sing, to write and to lead people into the presence of the Lord through powerful praise and worship services. God set him on a path and not only gave him a passion for leading worship in the local church but, for writing music for it as well.

He has had the privilege of recording several projects and learning from amazing songwriters and worship leaders who love the Lord. He works to see that God is glorified through what he does and lose sight of the reason why I write songs and lead worship.

Oluwasayo Samuel Orodele

Olusayo Orodele is a Singer and Songwriter with NEW GEN. He began singing as a teenager haven been nurtured with Christian values from childhood.
He has a great time growing as a worship minister from his teenage age. He joined the church choir in his hometown of Ibadan and has also been a member of the RCCG National Youth Choir, RCCG Pastor’s Seed Family Minstrels and among others.
In 2014, he released his debut solo album “THE OVERFLOW’ which features hit tracks like “Tire ni” “Mighty God”, “Olorun gbogboeleran ara” and since then released other singles. One of his strengths is his ability to delve into various genres such as Rock, R'n'B, Afro etc.

He has also severally worked as a studio background vocalist and as a background vocalist for artistes such as Yemisi Gbajoba, Gboyega Durogbitan, Dare Akinyemi and Sunday Peters amongst others. He has ministered across the country on various platforms with his wonderful ministry.
A graduate of Microbiology from the University of Ibadan. He also does fashion design on the side but professes his love for God’s worship as for life itself.
Olusayo lives in Redemption Camp where he currently serves as a worship leader in his local church assembly at RCCG Messiah’s Praise Sanctuary (MPS).

Harmony Adeola Adetayo

Harmony joined NEW GEN in 2017 as one of the founding members. A singer and songwriter, Harmony began music in High School where she signed up for and completed the ABRSM program for grand piano (grades 1-3) and singing (grades 1-5).
She has worked as a production backup for Femi Okunuga and as a backup vocalist for gospel muisc artists including Sunday Peters, Mrs Folakemi Oyetunde, Femi Okunuga, Dare Akinyemi, Shayo Orodele and Odunayo Aboderin.
She has been a member of several choir groups including the RCCG MPS Choir, RCCG Pastors Seed Family Minstrels, and Grace Wheeled G-2 choir among others.
Harmony studied History and International Relations and she is very passionate about humanitarian work and people in general.

She currently serves as a member of the choir of her local assembly, RCCG Messiah's Praise Sanctuary, Redemption Camp.

Adegbite Yetunde Dorcas

ADEGBITE YETUNDE DORCAS is a dynamic worshipper, songwriter and vocalist. She is a member of New Gen. She has written several songs including “Eledumare”, “Modupe” and “No One Like You”.
She is passionate about using gospel music as an instrument to change lives and destinies. She is married to Mr Daniel Adegbite and they are blessed with a son.

She obtained a Masters Degree and Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and currently works as a lecturer at Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun state, Nigerian.

Nellie Joy Beckley

Nellie Joy Omotayo is a passionate lover of God. She is singer, worshiper and songwriter with NEW Gen. She joined the choir in her local assembly at the tender age of 8. At this tender age, she realized early enough that God has called her for a greater purpose of ministering grace and hope unto God's people and winning souls for his kingdom through her gifting.
She has a mandate of Praise and intentional Worship which has been the key to reaching the throne of grace.

She has blessed this generation with her divinely inspired single titled Dide (The Morning Song) which has been blessing lives anywhere it's being heard.
Nellie Joy is also a fashion designer and she runs Nelt'a'rose, a clothing line based in Lagos Nigeria.

Apata Victoria Oiza

Victoria is a dynamic worshipper, songwriter and vocalist. She is a member of New Gen.
She has been involved with several choir and singing groups as a Music Director and currently serves as a music lead in her local church assembly in Nigeria.

She studied Agriculture at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
She is happily married.

Akinyemi Miracle Onyebuchi

Miracle is a singer and worship minister with NEW Gen. She developed interest in music from her teenage years and has been part of several choral and singing groups including BIU choir.
Miracle is a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy from Benson Idahosa University, Nigeria.
She loves and values creativity and has passion for Fashion. She runs a Fashion business, MimKin Couture in Ogun State, Nigeria.

She is happily married to Dare Akinyemi and they are blessed with Judah and Zoe Akinyemi.

Temitayo Adubi

Temitayo Adubi is a Singer, Song-writer, Multi-instrumentalist, Worship leader, a vocal coach and director. He is a member of New Gen.
He started his music ministry and career when he was at Obafemi Awolowo University after he was called by God into ministry in the year 2013.
He is the President of Tehillah vision, a ministry known for organizing concerts which are tagged Crusades due to the harvest of miracles, signs and wonders during the concerts.
He is called to re-establish God's kingdom on Earth through music and the word and his ministrations have been blessed with supernatural manifestations.

He has released some amazing songs which have been of great blessing to the body of Christ. His first single "Jesus" and his recent single titled "The Salvation Song" which has been an instrument of soul winning for Christ everywhere and was among the top 5 on top gospel blogs in Nigeria. He has ministered alongside other A-list music ministers e.g Chris Morgan, Buchi, Victoria orenze, Nathaniel Bassey,. Onos ariyo,

Bayo Adegbite

Bayo is a songwriter and worship minister with New Gen. He is a new voice in the present generation of Christian worship. He has a heart for worshipping God and his sole desire is to see the nations worship Jesus.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political science from Obafemi Awolowo University, he also holds a Certificate in Church Music from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. Bayo Adegbite has released three singles; “Aninilematannile”, “Kari Ogo” and “Alaaye”.

He serves as a Worship leader in his local assembly, RCCG the Vine Assembly Lagos.

Akinlade Temitope John

Akinlade Temitope John “Tope John” is a Creative Songwriter and back up singer whose interest in music began at a very young age.

Music to him is a powerful tool to communicate God’s love and as a ministry of reconciliation and deeper fellowship with the Father.

A business Education student at Lagos State University, Tope John is a member of New Gen and currently works with several worship ministers including Wale Ayeni, Sunday Peters, Odunayo Aboderin, and Femi Okunuga.

Oyetunde Esther Folakemi

Folakemi is a worship minister with New Gen. She had an early introduction into music from junior school and grew to work with several choral groups and several notable worship ministers.

She has ministered on several major platforms including the novel Marathon Messiah's Praise and Friends of Worship.

She obtained her first degree in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Lagos and in the process of obtaining her second degree in Educational Planning and Administration from another reputable university in Nigeria.

Esther Adekunle

Esther Adekunle is a singer, songwriter, and worship minister with New Gen.

She began singing in 2010 as a teenager when she joined her local assembly choir, RCCG Gloryland Zone 5 Lagos Province 8. She later joined the Provincial Teens Choir of her province in 2011 and the National youth choir of RCCG in 2015.

She has worked with different ministers like Michael otti, Michael Akingbala, and she presently works with ace producer, Gbenga Akinfenwa.

Ademola olabinjo

Ademola is a music minister with New Gen. He believed God has given him a mandate to lay emphasis on God's righteousness, grace and unending love. He is a passionate worshiper and songwriter. He has three songs written and recorded which are “IYE”, “Hallelujah I am free” and “He is risen”. He has ministered on several national and international platforms and has worked with notable gospel music artists.

Ademola is a graduate of civil engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is currently practicing Building construction/ project management.

Osifo idahosa osaro

Osifo Idahosa Osaro is a passionate singer who sees music as an avenue to advance God’s mandate. He is a pioneer member of New Gen.

He runs a pyrotechnic company in Lagos. He studied Business Administration at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.

He is a member of a rock band called Softnation.

Naomi Ogun

Naomi Ogun is a Musician, Freelance and Creative writer and blogger. As a graduate of Mass Communication from Redeemer's University and a creative artist with great love for the arts, Naomi sees Music as a creative art that can be expressed through various versions and unique sounds and expressions.

She has worked as a director of different choirs from her teenage age; she is presently a music director in RCCG Living Seed Church where she worships.

The passion to dispense heavenly sounds, express music creatively, ignite revival, reveal God's love and cause a stillness in the hearts of men through music is what embodies Naomi's music ministry.

Naomi places a huge emphasis on consistent music practise, the study of God's word and music materials, prayer and fellowship in music ministry; She believes the true strength of every music minister reflects in skill, character and anointing.

Rebecca Ogolo

Rebecca is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and contemporary Christian music recording artiste. She has been active in music from about 2010 till date.

Her debut single - “Don't Replace Me” - was released in October 2016. Subsequently she released another single - “Stay With Me” - in August 2018. Rebecca is a graduate of the Rivers State University, Nigeria, with an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) Honorary degree.

She is currently a worship leader in The Redeemed Christian Church of God and signed to the official record label of the church, One Hallelujah Records.

Rebecca has a mandate to help man respond to God's original intent of intimacy and communion through music.

Akinbule Dasola

Dasola has been involved in music from childhood as a member of the children’s choir in her local church and subsequently in the University. She is worship leader and songwriter with New Gen.

Dasola is a lover of God and a fast rising music minister.

She holds a Osun State University where she bagged her first degree in English and International Studies and her masters degree at the University of Lagos.

She serves at her local church, RCCG The Oasis (the youth arm of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, King's Court Parish) where she is under the tutelage of Pastors Nathaniel Bassey and Ben Akabueze.

Ebelechukwu Regina Esom

Ebele grew up in a family that loves music. She started singing from a very young age in her local church.
Her passion for the worship of the Father moved her to join various groups and choirs.
She also works as a (studio) background vocalist.

A student and also a fashion designer, she worships at RCCG Place of His Glory Parish, Egbeda, Lagos state.

Oluwafisayo Adeyemi Taiwo

Oluwafisayo Adeyemi Taiwo is a worshiper,gospel artist and a songwriter,she was born in ilesa osun state, She got married to Enoch Taiwo in January 2019,she graduated from Redeemers High school, Redemption camp Ogun state in 2004 , studied Accounting kwara state polytechnic and graduated in 2013. She has ministered in several churches and events.

She ministered at the friends of worship in 2017 and also marathon messiah's praise 2018 and 2019.

Moyosoreoluwa Adegbite

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Covenant University. She was the State Music director for Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship during her National Youth Service.

Moyosore has also worked with several choir groups and has led worship in several major gatherings.
